🍽 This week’s team dinner is cooked by none other than Joan – JD’s amazing mum!
Joan will be serving up a traditional Maltese dish called Għaġin il-Forn – a delicious baked pasta loaded with rich meat sauce, eggs, and cheese, all baked to golden perfection. Think of it as Malta’s answer to lasagna – hearty, comforting, and made with love ❤️
