The next session of Tackle Your Feelings. "Driving Thriving" is open to all members and supporters of the club. It is advisable that U19 players are accompanied by a parent/guardian.  NB BYO food and drink. The session will follow a short training run.

Tackle Your Feelings TYF is a free mental health training program for community football players and coaches, as well as committee members, umpires and other club support staff.  More infomration here.  https://www.tackleyourfeelings.org.au/about-our-program/ This course has been run previously at the club and was very popular. The foundation session will take place at the WGFC rooms and everyone is welcome. It is suggested U19 players attend with thier parent(s). The session runs for 90 minutes after training. Light refreshments will be provided. If you ahve specific dietary requirment BYO may be best. Please get your FREE ticket so that we know numbers attending.
