Tackle Your Feelings TYF is a free mental health training program for community football players and coaches, as well as committee members, umpires and other club support staff.  More infomration here.  https://www.tackleyourfeelings.org.au/about-our-program/ This course has been run previously at the club and was very popular. The foundation session will take place at the WGFC rooms and everyone is welcome. It is suggested U19 players attend with thier parent(s). The session runs for 90 minutes after training. Light refreshments will be provided. If you ahve specific dietary requirment BYO may be best. Please get your FREE ticket so that we know numbers attending.

The session will take place in the hot room, which uses infrared heat to help relax muscles, reduce soreness and improve recovery. It’s a great way to loosen up tight spots, sweat out the stress, and leave feeling refreshed.  The session will be in silence to ensure you are rested and include light movement, stretching. and meditation to help everyone recharge for the week ahead. Cost: $16 per person (normally $39!). Everyone is welcome to join in, including those who are injured - this session will be perfect for you!  Details: 🗓 Saturday 19 July 🕚 10.30am start (please arrive 10 minutes early) 📍 Location: 4/94 Eucumbene Drive, Melbourne Victoria 3023  💬 What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, cushion (optional) and water bottle (No Glass)   Let’s keep our bodies moving and minds connected.
